Most articles have been commissioned by Foods Matter, the leading allergy magazine, now online, and they have recently made me their skinsmatter.com agony aunt.

 

I have written tons of health tips for other magazines and helped freelancers out for years whilst in practice. I launched three health magazines whilst working for Holland & Barrett, one of which I'm proud to say is now Healthy, the leading natural health magazine in the UK.
