Super Sensitive Skin

If your skin is prone to rashes at even the mere look at a product, there is hope!

First, check out Green People's Organic Base range which has no perfumes or essential oils in it. Try NHR, which have about 4-5 ingredients and some organic essential oils in them but I've never known anyone react. Try first! Or, if you want something a little more high end, how about Borlind ZZ Sensitive range which can really calm down red skin.

See here for supplier details.

If you have several allergies, you might also want to see a piece I wrote in Skins Matter answering a lady's query about what she could use although allergic to nuts, seeds, apricot and avocado. Check that out here.

There are loads more tips in the free Non-Toxic Toiletries Factsheet if you need to make your own products.
