Introduction
We are literally what we eat, and absorb, in this world so food is very important to us.
Unfortunately it seems that manufacturers are set on confusing the heck out of us with labels that promise benefits and hide the facts we really need to know.

Remember, eat small and often, get as much colour on your plate as you can (not counting white or brown!), choose organic (especially the dirty dozen, see below) and follow the 80/20 rule: 80% of the time eat really well and then the other 20% of the time won't matter as much!

This a great site packed with organic fruit and veg boxes, toiletries and thousands of special diet and healthy foods. You can't go wrong really.
More often than not, I will ask patients to have a wheat and dairy free holiday to help them get well. Sometimes, life is hectic and they need a bit of hand-holding.
