Consultations

Your first appointment is best face to face, but can be done by phone. These generally take 1.5 - 2 hours and give us a chance to get all the jigsaw pieces together.

If the case is not too complex, I will generally give a prescription programme to take with you and get started on straight away.

In more complex cases (most of them nowadays!), I will need to do some thinking and then prepare a prescription programme to be sent to you by email. I will do this as quickly as possible, often the same or next day but sometimes it may be when I am next in clinic a few days later. You will normally have something to be getting on with anyway!

We then review about  4-6 weeks later to see how you're getting on and then reviews continue regularly as necessary. These can be done face to face or phone. Face to face is always preferable, but phone works well too.

All consultation, prescription preparation and other case work is charged out at the same rate of £55 per hour pro-rata.

Tests

Can be purchased online or call/email to arrange.

Tests are charged at the rate given for each one in the shop (although please note these are subject to change as labs can update stuff occasionally).

Test Report, an email of results, analysis and recommendations normally takes an hour and costs £55.

Payment

You can pay by card, cheque, cash (do not send cash in the post) and Paypal. Payment is usually taken at the time of consultation either by card payment (via Worldpay; you get a receipt by email), by cheque or I will send a Paypal invoice.
